ECD STEAM, Non-STEAM.

Hello, during the game the player was connected via STEAM, but when I asked them to perform a SCAN, the result they sent showed “Non-STEAM.” Now, however, they’ve sent a video showing that the SCAN was done through STEAM. Кажется что все в норме, это похоже на сбой чтения SteamID, посмотрю что можно сделать.
