Is it possible to get this scan removed?

Basically what happened is that i watched porn the day before i did the scan and i deleted my browser history so when i did the scan it flagged me as suspicious.
You can even check the no access part yourself and see that all it mentions is browser history and it not being able to find it in recycle bin.
I never got asked to do the scan by anyone i just decided to do one myself and then got hit with suspicious.
