Offline Code 101

Hello,

The easycheatdetector application gives an error when it comes to the server section in our scan and the application generates an offline report by writing offline code 101.
We have tried it on many machines and it either scans 1 or 2 times and sends it to the server or gives this message and reports offline. What is the solution?

The app is scanning sometimes not scanning. Even when it scans, it definitely does not pull the information of the server we are on. Our operating system is windows 11 and antivirus, firewall are all turned off. We also tried it on steam and non-steam users. Unfortunately, we could not get an absolutely stable operation. There is no subject opened on this subject.

It gives a server error. Mirror server says ping ok and at the top it says offline code 101 then offline code 201 and it writes an offline report and gives it. Every scan is like this.

Я не знаю решения проблемы, но многие пользователи в клане сканируют и проблем со сканированием или открытием приложения не возникает. Проблема в том, что отчет не отправляется на ваш сервер, выдавая ошибки с кодом 101 и кодом 201 при отправке отчета на сервер. Отчет содержит сообщение, которое необходимо сохранить в автономном режиме с расширением .ecd. Вот так много. Иногда сканирует, но это происходит очень-очень редко. Мы попробовали с 5-6 разными пользователями, и только 1 человек смог отправить отчет. Это очень странная ситуация.

Я думаю, у вас два сервера, и оба они блокируют отчеты, поступающие из Турции. Надеюсь, вы сможете решить эту проблему с вашим поставщиком услуг.

проблема решена, ошибка была из-за emoji, проверьте работу сканера

P.S. похоже переводчик плохо переводит русский язык на турецкий. Вы абсолютно не понимаете, что я пишу. Ну или дело в другом, время покажет
