Steam, NON STEAM, GS Client no detect

First of all, all praise and count on me to help and find bugs so that it works as well as possible.

What I noticed.

I did 3x tests
First with the original steam
Second time I had steam turned on but I logged in via GS CS 1.6 Client where it registered that I was non-steam even though it pulled the steam id cs gs client data it didn't even register that it was a gs client
Third time I turned off steam and logged in only via gs client where it registered as cs non-steam and not gs client

It doesn't show in the Assembling the game section that it is a gs client

Solved in 1.23 version!

@NapsteR, okay we can read steamid directly from steam app, but we can't trust that gsclient actually have steamid.

@NapsteR, on gsclient, there is no 100% trusted method to obtain the real Steam ID or to determine if Steam mode is currently active.

Fixed in 1.25, but just mark it as (Steam) without display SteamID (because it can not be trusted).
