Suspicious -Access to some folders is denied

I've done 11 scans so far and all of them are always suspicious saying that it can't access one specific folder that happens to be either appdata or history.
Could it be my antivirus blocking ecd from accessing that folder?

Там указано что перед сканированием история была спрятана в корзину, что бы репорт не был жёлтым очистите корзину и удалите Recycle.bin папки с корней дисков с админ правами.

It says that before scanning, the history was hidden in the Recycle Bin. To prevent the report from being yellow, empty the Recycle Bin and delete the Recycle.bin folder from the root of the drives with administrator rights.

I did what you said. I deleted my recycle bin on desktop (although its always empty so it couldnt be that) I made my hidden files visible and $Recycle.Bin folder popped up in in my C:/D:/E:/F:/G:/ and I deleted all 5 of those with administrative rights and did the scan after playing for a bit and it gave again the same problem.
