Другие ребята говорят решение проблем следующее:
1. Обновить оборудование
Сделал. перешёл
1 x Xeon E3 1270v2, 2GB RAM, 40Gb SSD ->
2 x Core i7 8700, 5Gb RAM, 80Gb NVME
2. Перейти на более стабильный reHLDS 856_dev . Сейчас стоит 882_dev

Если описать более конкретно проблему с сервером:
Начинает притормаживать сервер (Без явной нагрузки на процессор и т.п.) на примере парашюта видно как с отрывками ты летишь. Лагает голоса игроков на сервере + пинг и всё это начинается от 12+ игроков (Живых) и чем больше игроков - тем хуже становиться на сервере
