Account Review Request - Admins Banning Despite Clean Scans (ID: 84675)

Hello ECD Support Team, I am requesting a review for my profile (Unique ID: 84675 / Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:923923721) .

I want to clarify that I never used any cheats in CS 1.6. The old file flagged on September 3rd was related to another game. As soon as I realized it was flagged by the scanner, I deleted it immediately and cleaned my system completely.

The Problem: Even though all my recent scans are 100% Clean, server admins are still banning me solely because of the old historic “Previously launched” flag.

I need a solution or an official confirmation from support regarding my clean status, as this historic flag is preventing me from playing despite having zero active cheats.

Yea bro
But ExLoader was never used in CS 1.6, and my PC is 100% clean now with green scans.

A yellow status is just a past trace, not an active cheat (which would be RED). Banning me for an old removed file while my scans are clean isn't fair.

I just need you help me what the official proof or status can I show to individual server admins so they stop banning me based on old logs when my PC is clean now,
