Delete False Scans

Hi I opened ticket in 27.06.2026 and they want me to open a forum for it (or find a way to get rid of this) my latest scan made in 27.06.2026 ReportID: 310484 and it still shows ThOrCS.cc downloaded in HACKVSHACK. I downloaded to send it to my friend. He wanted to troll a friend with hacks but I deleted it after I send it. But forgot it in recycle bin. From now I can't delete it in scans it always shows this and that gets me ban in all servers. What can I else do to delete that? I did everything looked at my regedit, trash bin, %temp%, temp. everywhere you can think.
