I get banned whenever i scan

Hello Support, as you gonna see in the link i provided i have yellow sign thats indicate that i have cheats but i don't the only thing that i regret installing is unknow game files that a friend of mine gave me it' call of duty4 but was loaded with some unlocking tools so you don't have to play from 0 it's cod4 2007, so when i launched cs 1.6 and some admins launced scan for me i got banned instantly after i clean the drive and removed everybit of the game the scan is clean but when an admin require it i get flagged as "Suspicious" , the first link is my profile the second is my friend as you will see we have the same scans and we get banned the same way,i hope you help me out .Cheers
