I need you to remove my red flags reports

I have 3 reports scan, 1 is red and the others is Suspicious i don't know what is happened all my older scans always give green scans and i don't have anything but suddenly one name with Ahmad and with ip changer steal my account I don't know how exactly he did this and download Exloader
And as you can see all my scans are green so please i need help to remove 3 reports
i back my account 2 reports says I'm suspicious
