'In trash' but no such file in the system

I've checked all files in my system - there are no files with this timestamp, maching regexes and so on.
Registry is also clear, I cannot perform a system reinstall, got too many important files there, how am I supposed to get rid of this what i assume is false positive entry in the report?

might be closed, had to delete bin
