Issue with ECD scans linked to HWID after SteamID change

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with the Easy Cheat Detector / AAC Guard system.

Recently, I changed my Steam account and I am now playing on a completely new SteamID with a fresh CS 1.6 installation. However, when I perform a scan or check my profile on the website, the system continuously displays and attaches my old scan history from my previous account instead of generating a new, clean record.

I understand that the antiheat system tracks hardware signatures (HWID). I am reaching out to request assistance in clearing or decoupling this association so that my new SteamID can register new, clean scans properly.

Thank you for your help!

Один компьютер = одна история. Сканеру не важно наличие или отсутствие Steam клиента на компьютере. Многие игроки играют вообще без использования Steam.

Understood. Moving forward, I’ll pay to delete the scans one by one until I’ve removed them all. But could you please delete the ones marked "suspicious"? There weren't any actual cheats in those—just some injectors that weren't even used with `hl.exe` or anything like that. Please, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!

Well, these are false positives, sir... I did have an injector on my computer, but it wasn't running while I was playing Counter-Strike. They were for Metin2—I can tell you why they were there and what I needed those injectors for. Please remove those 3 "suspicious" flags; in the future, I’ll make sure to clear my scans. Please be fair and remove them—if I had actually had those injectors running in `hl.exe`, I would have admitted it. When I ran the scan, I didn't even know you weren't supposed to have injectors present in `hl.exe`. I only got this PC recently, and I haven't played Counter-Strike in such a long time... Thanks a lot!

And many are suspicious because I haven't connected to a server... could you please take a look? Please, you can ignore the red ones—I don't care about those—but at least remove these, since I didn't even run the injector. Besides, as I mentioned, they show up as yellow because I wasn't on any server when I ran the scan; I only scanned the `hl.exe` interface when it first opens, which is why it appeared that way.
