Scanned wrongly

Hello! This scan report https://fungun.net/ecd/report/246227/ along with one other was marked as suspicious for counter strike however this cheat was a project i was working on with a founder of a server in medal of honor allied assault and has no relation at all with counter strike 1.6 as such may i request the report to be marked green and the other one as well? As this cheat if you search it up in the internet isn't for cs 1.6 and thank you if you are reading this

отчет не красный, потому что чит скачан для другой игры, дальше администратор сам решает, что делать с вами. Отчет не может быть зеленым, так как вы скачивали читы

The report isn't red because the cheat was downloaded for another game. The administrator then decides what to do with you. The report can't be green because you downloaded cheats.

Though the report doesn't mention it isn't for cs 1.6 and i think it might cause some misunderstandings for anyone who might view the report without hearing me out is there a way to fix the history without paying? as i am from a third world country and i don't think i can afford doing something like that i would appreciate it if at least in the report it says this cheat isn't detected to be for cs 1.6 and thank you for taking your time to reply and assist me
